Hello everyone!

After almost a year of planning, designing, and working, I have decided to put Sharify in an EOL (End Of Life) state.

I decided to do that because of school, no time and money and the constant complaining from my parents about why it isn't released yet, which quite honestly took away all the enjoyment I had in creating Sharify.

This is probably my final announcement. I have no plans to continue working on anything like Sharify since there are already many similar services available. This would greatly decrease any interest in Sharify.

The Discord server will be removed soon unless the staff team disagrees with the decision.

Thank you all for being here, especially the amazing Sharify staff team, which is still somewhat active to this day.

Before saying goodbye, I want to mention a few things.
- Source code will not be released to the public
- I will not sell or give away the project.
- I will not continue working on the project, even if someone is willing to join and help.

Thanks to all of you for being here!

I wanted to update you all on the project's progress as it has been a while since we last spoke.
The Sharify OLD frontend is available on GitHub at https://github.com/sharify-in/frontend-legacy.
However, the backend is still closed source due to licensing issues.
The rewritten version of Sharify will be fully open source under the MPL 2.0 license after its release. You do not need to worry about this ^^

Since Sharify is in horrible shape, I decided to temporarily shut it down for development of a rewritten version. Database and files are backed up and old sharify sourcecode will soon be available under MPL 2.0. Website will be up sometimes as I will use the server for development purposes, staff will get access when sharify will be in somewhat stable shape and after that I will run beta tests applications.
